Our founder, Allison Westfahl
Allison is the creator of the original SculptXV workout format. She has honed her knowledge of strength training over the past 20 years, working with celebrities, olympic athletes, and thousands of clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. Originally from a farm in Kansas, Allison went on to earn a BA in classical music from Yale, an MS in Exercise Science, and an MBA in finance. This passion for learning influences everything she does, including the creation of the SculptXV method. Known for her unique coaching style that is informative, encouraging, and playful, Allison makes every workout both effective and fun. She is the best-selling author of three books including Core Envy, has been featured in Oxygen magazine for her creative workouts moves, and has contributed to fitness videos with Oprah Winfrey's trainer, Valerie Bertinelli, and Olympic swimmer Summer Sanders.
