Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is SculptXV?
SculptXV is a beat-based, fully-body strength training workout built around science-backed tempo and muscle targeting. The "XV" stands for 15 - our signature class format is made up of 15 four minute blocks, each focused on a specific muscle group. It's a no-fuss, highly effective approach that combines smart programming with music that keeps you moving at the perfect tempo for optimum results.
2. What makes SculptXV different?
Unlike other formats, SculptXV is tempo driven. Every movement is carefully matched to a specific BPM (beats per minute) range to maximize both efficiency and safety. Combined with our trademarked cueing system, you'll feel like you're getting personal coaching every rep of the way - whether you're in a live class or working out from home.
3. Is SculptXV only available in person?
Nope! SculptXV is available both in person and on-demand. If you want the energy of a live class, check out our Venue Partners page to find a studio near you- we're adding new locations every month! Prefer to train at home? Our on-demand library lets you mix and match 4-minute mini blocks to build a workout that fits your schedule, from 4 to 60 minutes.
4. How long are the workouts?
In a live studio setting, you'll take either a 60 minute SculptXV class or a 45 minute SculptXV Express. Both formats include our signature 15 mini-block structure. At home, you're in control- you can stack mini blocks from our on-demand library to build your own ideal workout, or follow along to one of our full 60 minute pre-recorded classes. Think of it as your personal strength training buffet.
5. What equipment do I need?
All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a flat resistance band. That's it. No machines, no complicated gear - just effective, accessible strength training for all fitness levels.
6. Is SculptXV beginner-friendly?
Absolutely. Our format is designed to meet you where you are. The movements are simple, the coaching is clear, and you can scale everything based on your fitness level. Whether it's your first class or your fiftieth, you'll feel successful from start to finish.
7. Can I do SculptXV if I'm pregnant or returning from an injury?
